About the Presenter
Kathleen Haley Ramsey
Kathleen is Director of Relationship Management, and has been an integral part of the ongoing growth of Trans-Care Ambulance by focusing on continuous improvement of the customer experience. Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Indiana University Kelly School of Business and a Mini MBA from Butler University. Kathleen is the founder of Kodie’s Kids, Tomorrow’s Heroes, Inc. She is on the Board of Directors and Sponsorship Chair for the Case Management Society of Central Indiana and also on the Board of Directors for Wish for Our Heroes. Kathleen has been part of the leadership team of Trans-Care Ambulance for seven years and looks forward to many more years navigating the day-to-day challenges which continue to build stronger relationships for staff and facilities.
