About the Presenter:
Diane M. Kunz RN, BSN, CCM has been an Intensive care nurse for 20 years. She has been a workers compensation case manager for 12 years, and has
been in Healthcare Policy & Market Access for 10 years. Diane has focused on increasing patient access through management of payer relations and advocacy for favorable payer coverage policies. She acts as a point of contact and field reimbursement resource, as well as interacting with Key Opinion Leaders to address coverage challenges. Additionally she analyzes and tracks the regional insurance reimbursement environment. Diane enjoys conducting educational seminars for nurses and case managers.
