About the Presenters

Holly Conway-Eaton

After a career in leadership roles with healthcare companies (16 years in pharmaceutical sales), Holly decided to turn her passion into her vocation by becoming a caregiver with Senior Home Companions.   In her words, “I wanted to be able to truly impact the lives of the elderly by improving their quality of life.”  Holly served a number of clients over a three- year period as a caregiver and developed strong relationships with each of them.  Since then, Holly has used her creativity and compassion to help connect SHC with our community. She has been in a marketing position with SHC for over 7 years and has learned that it often does take a village to provide the quality care and resources that enable the elderly to age successfully.  Holly graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Marketing.  She has three children and one granddaughter, who she enjoys spoiling at every opportunity.
