About the Presenter

Jane Malkoff has 30 years of experience working with older adults and their families through all the challenges of aging in all environments (private homes, facilities, and hospitals).  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1988 from Ball State University, her Master’s Degree in Adult Health in 1994 from Indiana University, and obtained her Nurse Practitioner License in 1994.   A life-long deep passion to improve the lives of elders has driven Jane’s life and her work in the community and now she is sought out daily by other professionals to help guide and create plans to keep the family out of crises and on a clear path. Jane is considered an expert in navigating through options, health crises, family dynamics, family roles in transition, medical care advocacy, and building trajectories of care in difficult circumstances.  She founded her private practice in 1998 and branded as Clarity in 2006 with focus solely on the growing requests for her Care Consulting and Care Management services for elders and their families.
