About the Presenter

Angela Harrison worked for IU Health for nearly 18 years as a medical social worker.  During her time with IU she worked with several chronically ill and terminally patient populations.  For ten years she had the honor of working with patients adjusting to and living with end stage renal disease.  For seven years she worked with terminally ill patients hoping for a cure by undergoing a stem cell (bone marrow) transplant.  She retired due to disability in 2017.
