 WHAT YOU GET…

1.45 HRS. TOTAL NETWORKING TIME – We heard you! This year we have scheduled all networking time before lunch. 45 minutes are dedicated to breakfast and connecting with conference attendees. During the late morning, an entire hour is set aside to connect.

3-MINUTE OVERVIEW - As a Diamond Plus sponsor, you have the opportunity to give a 3-minute presentation showcasing your organization before introducing a presenter of your choice. 

RESERVED SEATING - 2 chairs will be reserved (at different tables, or the same, your choice) for your representatives to sit with attendees during presentations and connect over lunch. Lunchtime adds an additional 45 minutes to connect.

FIRST CLASS BOOTH SPACE - You will be given your choice of an 8ft. table, located in the presentation area, with your booth visible the entire conference. Additionally, you will have a second booth space available located in the main foyer.

YOUR LOGO DURING BREAKS -Your logo will be displayed on screen during the day.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS- As a Diamond Plus Sponsor, you have the option to place 1 promotional item at each place setting.

FOOD - All meals are included for up to 2 representatives. 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 afternoon snacks will be provided.

MARKETING BENEFITS - As a Diamond Plus Sponsor, your logo with link will be located along the left side of all email marketing and social media posts. Your logo will be located on the vendor page of the Fall Conference brochure with a 50-word description of your organization and QR code. Your logo with link will also be located on our website for 1 year beginning October 31, 2026.

CEU - Representatives at table and booth may receive presentation CEUs.
